Has anyone had any experience with the wireless thermostats?
If so how do they work?

I could maybe... get a wire to the thermostat but with everything sheetrocked it would be tough.

    Thanks much

Honeywell world of wireless series is the best of the few
they work on a secure frequency which is owned by honeywell
similiar to the push to talk phones
honeywell uses the same tech for the security systems
The down side is they are real expensive
like 10 times a regular thermostat
the plus is they look nice have allot of controll options
ie wireless outdoor temp sensor , remote controlls , duct temp sensors , usb connection to upload photo,/graphic
    and the list goes on
    There are other

If the only plus is not having to pull a wire , I would pull the wire
even with this to keep from changeing batteries
