Hello, I am new to this forum and I am looking for some assistance. My wife and I are looking at purchasing a foreclosed house that claims to have Radiant heating. This house was built on a slab and there is one small problem, The room where the PEX tubing was located looks to have had a dog locked in there and it chewed through the tubing. I am attaching 2 pictures. The first one looks like it might be a distribution block. I'm not exactly sure if it's all for the Radiant or if some of it may be just for water leading to the rest of the house. We are planning on a home inspection and trying to find someone who would be able to do a pressure test on the system. With the current condition of things it would be pretty difficult. I was hoping to get it to a point where the inspector would be able to run the pressure test. The second is a picture of what is left of one of the tubes above the concrete. I'm hoping it would be salvageable. Worst case I was thinking about just replicating what is left there. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
