somewhere I read that climatemaster has a high temp water 2 water that is possibly designed to do
well in hot water radiators. They said it was a 150f. I can't seem to locate anything like it. Does anyone
    know a model number.

It only comes in 3 ton size and is quite expensive. Max out is 145F.

    Waterfurnace has 2 products:

The new opti heat which comes in 3, 4, and 5 ton size.

And the 7 ton dual compressor unit.

    Here is an example.

Max out at the Waterfurnace models is 150F.

The Climatemaster is an older European design, the Waterfurnace reflects newer advances in heatpump design.
