We have 5 horizontal loops running through our back yard @ approximately 6ft deep. We have a pole barn in in our back yard that we would like to trench a water line and power to, but in order to get the lines to the barn, we would have to get near the horizontal loops. Recommendation for water lines is 36-40" where we live. Is it possible to do this or can I not even get near the loops? Thanks for any help.

You can get "near" them but anything too close has the risk of freezing as the loops can run below freezing in winter.

Thanks for the reply. My horizontal slinky’s are at 6 ft deep. My thought was to run my water line at 4 ft in conduit. Thoughts as far as that goes?

    I would not do that.
Heat comes from deep under. Chances are that your geo pipes change the frost line depth.
