Hi all; So after 20 years with a WF Premier 2 and almost Zero maintenance, I replaced it last week with a WF Series 5. After 5 days I woke up with no heat and COMM error ABC on the Thermo. Turns out the thermo wires didn't get totally snapped onto the mother board, no problem. What is really cool is the service man hooked up the Aurora AID tool and was able to read the in and out temps on the closed loops, also the in and out temps on the air flow along with amp's from the compressor and etc. This is so cool, how come WaterFurnace is not allowing this to connect to my Wi-Fi network or even the thermostat so I can monitor the functions of the unit? Guess I'll have to get the AID tool for myself!
You can get the aid tool, or wait a few month, then the readout will be web based. You already should have the hardware in it.
