We have ClimateMaster Tranquility 16 Compact Earthpure units - open loop. When the units are off, the pump continues to run. Any ideas as to why - and how we can fix this? Thank you in advance.
Usually open loop units have a solenoid valve that shuts off water flow when the unit is not running. It is possible the valve has failed to close properly.
Thank you for your response. We will take a look inside the downstairs unit this weekend - assuming that's where I would find this valve...
