I am using johnson controls pressure swithches on my heat pump and i always end up having a small leak. I use C&D access tees rated for 410A. The high and low pressure switches are also rated for 410A, and i get leaks on both of them. I am wondering if i am doing something wrong. They will leak no matter what torque i give them. If anyone can help let me know.
How are you preparing the fittings before threading them into the system? I'm ignorant as to the techniques required, but consideration of flaring tools, thread doping are likely warranted. I wish I could suggest specifics.
