Choice heating and cooling did my install in upstate ny. WF 5 series I am in the process of installing a Aprilaire whole house humidifier and had to cut a hole in the supply duct. When I looked down at the aux heating coil I found a scrap piece of duct laying across the coils. And one of the 2 coil circuit is broken! Will the installer have to fix this? System is less then a year old.
If you want to use the Aux heat then I would say yes, it needs to get fixed! Not sure how electrically safe that situation is.
