North Carolina GPM rate changed

    So if you saw my other thread you know I live in a high rise with a WSHP. The building controls the temperature and the flow rate of the water loop.

    The other day they decided for some reason to increase the GPM from where it has been for 8 years. You can tell because now in my HVAC closet I can hear the water flowing and really feel it in the pipes.

    The upshot of all this is that my EWT/LWT Delta T when in cooling mode has dropped from 10 degrees to 5 degrees.

    Otherwise it seems to be running fine. Should I have any concerns about this change to my Delta T?

    A 5 degree delta-t is not unusual.
