This our first full summer in our new townhouse. We keep the thermostat set around 77 and the house is always comfortable. If the temperature drops below 77 the vents begin to blow warmer air (presumably to keep the temp at 77). I've spoken to others and they tell me that their systems stops blowing air once the desire temp is reached. Can any one tell me why ours tries to warm up the room in summer to reach the set temperature? Thanks in advance!

    Oh! We have a

The Fan should be set to AUTO and should shut off when the system is not heating or cooling. The screen should say FAN AUTO. Unless there is something else calling the Fan to run such as a dehumidifier. Or the Tstat or equipment could be wired or setup wrong.

So I did a chat with Honeywell yesterday. There is a setting for Auto Changeover that, if enable, would cause this behavior. I haven't checked it yet but it seems like this may be this issue. I'll try it and let you guys know how it works. Thanks for the reply!!!
