BOSCH has the best customer service in this industry and in involved into many other HVAC products other than geothermal. Which means you have a premium company to stand behind their unit and their dealers. And they take that more serious than any other manufacturer.
No matter what anyone on this forum wants to admit. Climatemaster has the best system in the industry and Waterfurnace is a very close second but not there yet. They keep falling short.
So I again would advise you to go with the BOSCH and try to get your guy to sign up as an ABC contractor and you will get an additional 1 year parts and labor warranty to lead the industry as no other manufacturer can say they offer 11 years P&L

It is not the meat, it is the quarterback, but only in Cleveland.

I am not comfortable with variable refrigerant systems yet.

I am comfortable with ECM blowers if set by trained tech that know how to measure REAL cfm in the home's duct work.

I am comfortable with ECM drive pumps if set by a trained tech with the tools and know how to measure the flow of heat transfer fluids.

I am not about the latest and the greatest. I like things that work and keep folks comfortable. It is all about comfort.
