Some people have suggested that I turn off aux heat using the dip switches, could this create a freeze out on my lines? I have 25% glycol in the loops.

    No

    It will not.

Check with the manufaturer's specs for your burst protection.

The AUX. HEAT is for you not the machine. It will protect itself.

Flipping off the dip switch on a Waterfurnace will only disable the stage 3 in heat. Emergency heat is still available as needed.
