    Hello forum,

My system has gone into aux heat. The flow center housing itself is hot, over 132F, the pumps are hot, the lines above and below the flow center are hot as well (I think probably because the flow center is hot).

Has anyone experienced this? Can flow centers themselves need to be replaced?

I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The availability of geothermal service companies is scarce.

If you have grundfos pumps in your flow center, they are water cooled. If they are hot it indicates no water flow, lack of pressure in the loop. First line of diagnosis is to check pressure in the loop. If it is low or zero, try goosing the system to around 15 psi and try to re start.
