We are only 1/2 mile from the lake. Too bad I can't use it instead of my ground loop. I will be in contact with you about that subject (my ground loop) after the holidays. Too much other stuff going on......like yesterday I meant to call but put up the xmas tree instead.....

    To close this out

Some of the last posts may lead people astray...

What actually hapend was the ECM motor on the original FHP unit (the one with the original compressor issue that this post was about) stopped working Monday. Now I had NO heat. Mark and I talked on the phone and we agreed it was now time to get a new unit. He said he could have a unit and crew in my house Tuesday to do the changeover. That's what we did. Replaced old FHP unit with a new Climatemaster Tranquility 27 5 ton unit. It was a long day, but when the heat came back on at 8:30PM it was all worth it.

Ironically the relacement compressor came for the old unit while were doing the changeover. I will put it back on ebay and try to sell it.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Mark, his wife Stephanie and his crew for getting me through this. They took a day they were supposed to be with there daughter in DC and spent it with my family instead, never meeting us before. He his a great guy. I went into this with Mark with out really knowing him or any of his work. In talking with him on the phone and with the reassurnace I got from reading his responses on the forum and how the forum is set up itself, I felt comfortable with him. I was not dissapointed. He did a great job. We could not be happier with the new system.

To anyone on this forum....the name MarK Custis means trust, professionalism, consideration and great workmanship.

Mark has one of the best reps here.

I don't think there is ANYONE in this business with a wider service territory.

I grouse and grumble at 40 mile trips to customers.

Mark needs a "Where's Waldo Now" website, or maybe the folks at Norad who track Santa today and tomorrow could keep an eye on Mark during the rest of the year...

You guys are making me blush.

    We made DC last night.

Randy: Thanks, but it is how we do business. I have ordered the sheet metal and will call for an appointment to install it.

Curt: Steph's G3 GPS tried to get me to drive off a cliff in western MD. So she added an elivation layer for our safety.
