    Not sure

Don't know about Maine, but we, in Canada, do 15,000/year, so I'm pretty sure they work in Maine:).

I wonder if you were told this by those who don't install geo and want you do business with them instead of a geo contractor??

i just did a search online and found a few places that is said it wont heat to house warm enough in Maine winters and its not cost effective. But then again i found places that say it works great so i decided to post on here to see what peoples experiences were.

    Geo in Maine

    Hi Northerner,

I live in Maine and have a geothermal system. It absolutely works and was cost efficient. I'm not sure where you live, but I'd be happy to show it to you.
