I'd be more prepared to criticize your contractor's design if you told me he'd only done a few installs vs several happy clients.

Geo-Thermal Furnace Climate Master 30 Digital Series. This was installed in Oct 2016 and this problem continues. The installation company can't figure it out. Please any help is appreciated. Bob

    1. At 10 PM the heat goes from 70 to 67 degrees on the thermostat setting. It takes a few hours maybe until 1 or 2 am for the house to lower to 67 degrees. Then when the thermostat hits 67 degrees, the furnace switches to auxiliary heat. It is our feeling that at 67 degrees it should be going to geothermal heat at this time in the middle of the night.

    Why is this not happening?

    2. Night temperature is set for 67 degrees on Honeywell thermostat. Then at 7 am the thermostat is set to come on to 70 degrees.

What really happens is: Once it is 7 am, the furnace just stays on auxiliary heat and never switches to geothermal. It would stay that way all day, so that is why we call your company almost daily, because it doesn't work. When we call, your techs just tell us to switch the breaker off and then back on when this happens. I don't like switching the breaker so many times (need to do this daily) as this could ruin the furnace.

After we switch the breaker, then the furnace goes on geothermal and auxiliary and heats the house within 15 minutes. Once its heated the auxiliary turns off and the geothermal works the rest of the day. (This system will not work correctly unless we manually switch the breaker on and off daily.)

Geo-Thermal Furnace Climate Master 30 Digital Series. This was installed in Oct 2016 and this problem continues. We had another geothermal for 26 yrs and never had any problems with it until it wore out. The installation company can't figure it out and has been to our house 15 times. Please any help is appreciated. Bob
