Texas Climatemaster Split System Fan Cycling

My 18 month old, Climatemaster Tranquility split systems blower fan will occasionally turn off in the middle of a heat or cool cycle. The blower fan will cut out and then restart. The external condenser unit stays running Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Any resolutions?

 

My installer has been throwing parts at it and nothing has changed the cycling operations. It's a Tranquility - 4 ton split, with the matching Climatemaster air handler. I have the IGate, communicating, thermostat.
