Says critical comm error. Reset lockout does nothing. Powered down then back up and unit went into standby then locked out again. Series 5 4 ton unit. The tech is coming to install the Symphony upgrade tomorrow and the wife was vacuuming near the unit but swears she didn't touch it. Any Ideas?
So, we took a power hit and the ABC board suddenly thought we had a zoned system and when it couldn't find it it locked out the system. When the tech called WF they said it was a known problem that happens "very rarely" when there is a power surge or and outage. Once he told the ABC board not to look for zoning the system came right up. And I now have Symphony.
Can we start a Symphony thread, I would love to know what you think. Have been waiting for two years for it to arrive.
