I have recently starting blowing one of the circulating pump fuses on my Waterfurnace. It doesn't blow immediately, but I'll notice it has randomly switched over to aux heat and the compressor isn't running. The pumps are a type UP 26-116F. I bought the home 3 years ago and an new to geothermal units. Any ideas would be great.

Assuming you're talking about a pair of circulators (flowcentre)? One of them has likely shorted and needs to be replaced.

Depending on which WF model you have, those fuses protect loop pumps, DSH pump and the blower if you have a PSC motor. Any one component may be the culprit or bad connection. A full model number would help.

Are your loops flat? Pumps don't like running with no water/brine. What size unit? Can you get away with 1 pump?
