OUR STORY

Perfection Contracting is a family-owned and -operated company, founded by Colin and Julie Poccio in 1978. They have been known for years for their impeccable service and attention to detail.

Their son, Antonio Poccio, subsequently purchased the business from his parents—and today, Perfection Contracting has continued to be the leader in HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) installation, maintenance, and repair in northern New Jersey.

Specializing in custom-designed, high-efficiency air conditioning and heating systems, the company’s work is guaranteed to be among the top 10% in quality nationwide.

Perfection’s technicians are all NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified. NATE-certified technicians are recognized as meeting the absolute highest industry standards.
