Has anyone in Alberta had the NRCAN Assessments done? Who did you get, did you like them? Were they timely? Knowledgeable?

I want an assessment done for the Retrofit Grant process, and I'm looking for references. I've heard good and bad things, so want to get a feel for who is preferable.
