Corix is the natural choice for your GeoExchange projects. Bringing established expertise, accountability and stability, we provide a proven, end to end utility model that designs, installs, owns and operates the GeoExchange system - the key to long term, cost effective, and worry free use of this innovative technology.
With a proven track record of managing pipe and assets in the ground through to a full range of utility services and end-user support, Corix ensures the long term success and stability of your GeoExchange system by providing a comprehensive, end to end utility solution.
Today, the majority of firms offering GeoExchange focus only on the design and build component of the system, often resulting in broken accountabilities to the end user (or homeowner). In such cases, the end-user is left to deal with issues such as maintenance and improperly designed and installed systems that do not function properly. Dealing with such issues is unfamiliar to the end-user, many of whom do not have the support necessary to manage these problems appropriately.
At Corix we not only design, build and install the underground loop system, but also assume all of the significant up front costs, making GeoExchange more easily available. We own, operate and maintain this external system, where customers pay for connection and a low monthly fee, resulting in long term stability and worry free operation.
